INCREASE YOUR PERFORMANCE IN TRAINING TO LEVEL UP YOUR DOMINANCE WHEN COMPETING

WHAT IS HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING?

High performance training for athletes is a systematic and comprehensive approach to physical and mental preparation that helps athletes reach their maximum potential in their sport. It involves a combination of strength training, power development, speed work, flexibility and mobility, injury prevention, and sport-specific drills. The goal of high-performance training is to help athletes improve their physical abilities, develop their skills and technique, and enhance their mental toughness and focus. It also takes into account the athlete's individual needs and goals, as well as their training and competition schedule. Our high-performance training programs are developed and implemented with your goals, the sport and position you compete in, testing results, and keeping you injury free, so you can play at the highest level for as long as possible.

STEP 01

GET TO KNOW YOUR NEW COACH

Come in and meet your new coach. Sit down with Joe, the owner and head strength and conditioning coach of EAS. We will talk about your sporting goals and current training and sporting schedule. Then we can make a plan to optimise your new training and increase your performance in the gym and on the field.

STEP 02

PERFORMANCE TESTING

Every Athlete that joins Elite Athlete Society will complete our Performance testing battery. Our Performance Testing consists of an extensive anatomical overview of your body, how it moves, your strength levels, mobility, jump height, speed and power output. These results are collected and analysed to create your individual high-performance programs and periodise your year of training.

STEP 03

PREHAB & MOBILITY

Prehab refers to a proactive approach for athletes who want to reduce the risk of injury and improve their performance. Prehab can include a range of activities, such as strength training, flexibility exercises, balance training and sport specific exercises.

POWER & STRENGTH

Power exercises help to develop explosiveness, speed, and agility, which are all key components of athletic performance. Power exercises can help to improve body control and stability, reducing the risk of injury during competition or training.

Strength training helps to increase the size and strength of muscles, allowing athletes to perform more effectively and with greater power and force. Therefore, helping to improve an athlete's speed, endurance, and power, leading to enhanced athletic performance.

Incorporating strength and power exercises into an athlete's training regimen can help to improve athletic performance, increase strength and power, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance overall coordination and body control.
